Who is eligible?

- They must apply from outside Canada.
- The visa must be issued by a foreign visa office, following specific instructions.
- Having a letter of invitation from their child or grandchild in Canada.
- Applicants must have valid medical insurance from a Canadian company that:
- Covers at least one year.
- Provides a minimum coverage of CAD 100,000.
- They must be admissible to Canada.
- An immigration medical examination must be passed.
- Various other stipulated conditions must be met.
Super Visa Eligibility Requirements for the Sponsor
By meeting these requirements, the sponsor plays a crucial role in facilitating the super visa application for their parents or grandparents:
- Relationship: The sponsor must be a child or grandchild of the applicant who is applying for the super visa.

Super Visa Application Process
